Location : Europe (Remote)

As a Senior Patent Engineer with significant responsibility, you will prepare patents for diverse software inventions that drive the distribution business. You will also provide intellectual property (IP) advice and counseling on all IP-related matters. Key responsibilities include :

• Advising on all IP-related matters and offering business-oriented IP solutions to facilitate business goals.
• Collaborating with inventors and engineering teams on patent applications to safeguard innovations and foster trust.
• Leading the implementation of IP strategies, conducting evaluations, and managing IP portfolios.
• Conducting IP risk management activities such as searches, patent clearance, and legal opinions.
