Are you a native German speaker passionate about education and international experiences? Do you want to play a key role in expanding an impactful educational project in the German-speaking market? Then this opportunity is for you!

We are NL College , a language school accredited by the Instituto Cervantes , with campuses in Madrid and Barcelona . We specialize in immersive Spanish courses for international students and are now looking to expand our presence in the German market , specifically focusing on the Bildungsurlaub program.

Tasks

Your Role

  • Lead the expansion and development of the Bildungsurlaub market for NL College.
  • Conduct market research to identify key agencies, companies, and institutions that could become strategic allies for our programs.
  • Build and manage relationships with potential German-speaking students and partners.
  • Represent NL College in marketing campaigns , including possible participation in videos and social media content tailored to the German audience.
  • understanding student needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Native German speaker (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English or Spanish.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or educational services .
  • Familiarity with the Bildungsurlaub system is a plus.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Great communicator with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
