To lead the company’s data strategy, with a strong focus on data governance, advanced analytics, and business value generation. The CDO will define the vision for data as a strategic asset and lead cross-functional initiatives to foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the corporate data strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the Data Office team, including Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Governance specialists.
- Oversee data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Promote innovation in data methodologies, tools, and platforms (cloud, big data, AI, etc.).
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to align data priorities and execute the data roadmap.
- Define KPIs to measure the ROI and impact of data initiatives.
- Act as an internal ambassador for a data-driven culture, promoting data literacy across the company.
Requirements Minimum
