Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Account Executive . This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, even with limited professional experience. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow in the integrated marketing field.

Responsibilities :

• Develop a basic understanding of client products, markets, and competition, following branding guidelines.
• Build and foster relationships with clients at both global and local levels.
• Assist in executing multiple projects collaboratively with internal teams, including data, technology, planning, creative, and production.
• Gain hands-on experience managing social media accounts, with exposure to TikTok strategy considered a bonus.
• Participate in receiving and interpreting client briefings and support the team in developing project budgets.
• Contribute to writing and presenting agency briefings and client presentations.
• Communicate effectively and report priorities to the Account Supervisor.
• Identify opportunities for project growth with clients.
• Collaborate with team members and other Account Executives across MWG agencies.
• Work closely with digital and offline production teams.
• Familiarize yourself with project management tools.
