We are a European-based startup and the fastest-growing real estate investment platform in Europe. With real estate at the core of the business, Walliance delivers real estate investments worldwide to investors.
This role offers challenges and fun working through tech-enabled experiences.
You will be responsible for scouting and managing real estate developers and developments seeking financing from Walliance. Additionally, you will build and develop partnerships with real estate developers to expand their number while leading your team to meet aggressive sales and growth targets.
As part of the Walliance real estate team, your responsibilities include :
- Defining the real estate market strategy for Spain based on market insights and needs.
- Identifying and partnering with lead investors and developers, establishing partnerships with affiliates, and overseeing operations to grow Walliance Spain.
- Coordinating Spain's real estate operations with the HQ team.
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify expansion and business development opportunities.
- Understanding and meeting the needs of existing customers.
- Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, customer service, and other teams.
- Building and maintaining profitable stakeholder partnerships.
- Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
- Assisting in setting financial targets, budgets, and monitoring financial performance.
Your Profile and Mindset

Proven experience in real estate or related roles.Experience in sales, marketing, and managing key client relationships.Strong understanding of market research and analysis methods.Solid knowledge of performance reporting, financial, and budgeting processes.Commercial awareness with strategic thinking.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.BSc / BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field; MSc / MA is a plus.J-18808-Ljbffr
