Craft is growing and changing very rapidly. The demand in the marketplace for Craft’s production solutions is very high. We continuously evolve with clients and become the much-needed extension of their team to navigate the complex and constantly evolving world of production, content, and data.

We have to be agile and able to move quickly. As part of the McCann Worldgroup Services Department, the Digital Project Manager / Account Executive will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery on time and within budget. You should be client-focused with good communication, organization, and time management skills, managing both clients and internal departments while focusing on delivery, quality, process, and profitability.

Client Management Responsibilities :

  • Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering
  • Identify training requirements and opportunities for clients to ensure adherence to processes and improve workflow
  • Escalate serious client issues to your line manager immediately and recommend solutions

Project Management Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Digital, Broadcast, Print, etc.) - ensuring clear responsibilities at each project stage
  • Maintain ongoing communication with producers and designers, track project progress, and ensure quality control before delivery
  • Keep line managers updated on project status
  • Manage workload effectively and seek support when needed
  • Manage all client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
  • Identify and inform the Account Director of new revenue opportunities
  • Support proposal development for new revenue streams
  • Quality Control Responsibilities :

  • Act as a brand / QC guardian, ensuring brand guidelines and QC procedures are followed
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in digital and e-commerce
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
