The mission of an Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities. This includes managing schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and assisting in strategic projects. The goal is to maximize the executive’s efficiency and effectiveness by taking on various tasks, allowing them to focus on key decisions and long-term business objectives.

What you will need :

  • 5-10 years’ experience working as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to Corporate Executives.
  • Spanish, English, French and Italian fluency.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
