Languages : Portuguese & Spanish – Fluent (C1) | English – Advanced (C1)

Contract : Permanent, full-time (with 60-day probation)

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Respond to inbound calls in Portuguese or Spanish , offering helpful and friendly support.
• Assist with hotel bookings, reservations, and general travel inquiries.
• Quickly resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share information about hotels, resorts, and vacation experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns and improve service.
