Perform functional configuration and maintenance within the Workday HCM environment

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions

Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Support Workday releases and enhancement projects

Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives

Strong background in functional configuration

Experience with one or more functional modules within Workday HCM (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Performance etc.)
