Job Title : Country Sales Manager Iberia

Location : Barcelona

Reports to (Position) : Cluster Head South-West Europe

Short description of the work field :

As Country Sales Manager Iberia, you will lead the local sales of Apollo Tyres across all product lines, carrying full commercial responsibility for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. You will enhance our brand’s presence, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through direct sales leadership, market strategy, and dealer management. Working closely with our South-West Cluster (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy) and European leadership, you will develop and execute market-specific business plans to improve brand positioning and maximize profitability.

What will be your role?

Drive Strategic Sales Execution & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement country-specific business plans aligned with Apollo Tyres’ European strategy.
  • Lead and motivate the local sales team and dealer network to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Translate market insights into opportunities to increase market share and customer loyalty.

Lead Operational Excellence & Profitability Performance

  • Manage all sales activities for Spain and Portugal.
  • Prepare and oversee annual budgets with local and European stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and maximize sales team potential.
  • Shape Our Market Presence & Local Impact

  • Manage relationships with local customers and partners in Spain and Portugal.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, pricing, channel strategies, and marketing adherence.
  • Identify optimal distribution channels and partnerships to expand reach.
  • Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Significant experience in sales leadership, preferably in the tyre, automotive, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence and strong commercial instincts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in managing budgets, negotiating deals, and building lasting partnerships.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt easily, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Barcelona region.
