Job Title : RA Support Specialist

Location : Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)

Job Description

As RA Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to eDMS (Electronic Document Management System) and RIMS activities. In charge of managing and coordinating all IT and business-related activities included end-user trainings (EDMS, Rosetta eCTD Viewer and RIMS). RA Support Specialist acts as well as Business Co-Administrator for Publishing and EDMS systems. She / he operates as an interface with other departments, IT and external services providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Business Administration activities for EDMS and RIMS
  • Provide trainings and support for EDMS users, Rosetta Phoenix an RIMS.
  • Manage related training materials and follow-up of the users databases.
  • Contribute to maintain compliance related to application accesses and trainings.
  • Managing documents such as user help guidance, training material, working instruction, newsletters
  • Interface with IT team for system related activities to ensure continuity of the services
  • Support for validation activities of applications (Computer System Validation)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Training management experience
  • System tool business administration
  • EDMS & RIMS knowledge is beneficial
  • CSV knowledge is beneficial
  • RA experience is beneficial
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
