Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome Guests with a Smile : Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to make every guest feel valued.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service : Take care of food and beverage orders, accommodate special requests, and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a Spotless Environment : Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to create a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
  • Stay Organized : Ensure stations, tables, and side stands are well-stocked, neat, and ready for service.
  • Know the Menu : Familiarize yourself with the menu, daily specials, and P.O.S. system to assist guests effectively and efficiently.
  • Work as a Team : Collaborate with colleagues and management to support smooth operations and great service.
  • Handle Payments : Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork when needed.
  • Adapt and Assist : Help with opening, closing, and side work duties, and take on other responsibilities as requested by management.

  • Availability for shifts in the afternoon, evening, nights, in a rotative schedule.
  • Prior Experience : Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Ability to actively listen, understand, and address concerns and questions from both coworkers and guests effectively.
  • Team Player : A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute positively to team success.
  • Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and seamless communication in a diverse environment.
