Project Development Specialist

As a key member of our Strategy and M&A Area, we are seeking a Junior Project Developer to provide critical support in the origination, development, and negotiation of merger and acquisition opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare financial and sectorial analysis, carry out company valuations, and develop financial models to facilitate valuation and decision-making processes.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to identifying potential business opportunities, provide analytical support to all aspects of the opportunity, and coordinate due diligence processes effectively.

• We require a Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar field.
• A Master's degree in M&A or MBA would be highly valued.
• Prior experience in internships or junior positions within M&A, investment banking, or strategic consulting is essential.
• High English language proficiency, at least C1 level.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, company valuation, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is necessary.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Strategy / Management consulting or Corporate Strategy function within large energy companies.
