At Neolith, we are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This key role will be responsible for defining, executing, and monitoring digital initiatives on a global scale, with a strong focus on social media, paid campaigns, inbound marketing, and content management.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global social media strategy : content planning, execution, and reporting.
- Design, implement, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta environments.
- Define and manage inbound marketing strategies, including automation and lead nurturing.
- Create engaging content tailored for digital platforms.
- Coordinate digital projects with both internal teams and external agencies.
- Optimize web environments and contribute to customer journey definition.
Requirements
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business. A Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is a plus.
