The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for the overall performance of our Casino Management Systems business in Europe. Working with local and global teams, they will define customer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customers, and manage the teams that support existing customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-Suite decision makers, and help customer partners realize value and efficiency from their investment in L&W’s products and services.
Candidates with an ERP background are well suited for this role.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand partners’ business challenges and objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring terms align with both client and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and regional support teams, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Manage indirectly customer services teams (installation, helpdesk, customer project, and account management).
- Travel to our offices in Nice (operational base for development and support teams) with occasional travel to Las Vegas (global head office).
Minimum Requirements :
7-10 years of technical sales experience in software and / or systems, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, and managers.J-18808-Ljbffr
