As a Full-stack .NET Developer with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Neural Machine Translation (NMT) , you will independently contribute to the development of innovative solutions while maintaining close collaboration with the team. This role requires fluency in .NET and a strong set of both technical and soft skills to navigate a dynamic environment successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain software projects leveraging machine learning, NLP, and NMT technologies.
Implement backend and frontend solutions, ensuring code quality and performance.
Actively participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team discussions.
Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience in :

Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Machine Learning, NLP and NMT :

Experience with Azure Speech Services or similar platforms.

Proficiency in speech recognition (STT) and translation models.

Custom speech and translation model development.

ML applications in NLP.

Language modeling and text processing.

Transformer-based architectures in NMT.

Fine-tuning and optimization of large language models.

Proficiency in C# language.

Experience with .NET APIs and ASP.NET.

Technical documentation skills.

Willingness to work with other programming languages.

Frontend-Focused Skills :

Familiarity with at least one frontend framework.

Willingness to adapt to different frontend technologies.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Strong collaboration and adaptability.

Proven track record of collaborating within a team and effective communication.

Self-reliant but knows when to seek assistance.

Strong problem-solving skills.
