Position : Junior Technical SAP HCM Consultant

Location : Granada, Spain

Role

  • Integrated into the GTAS department and under the supervision of a GTAS Cluster Lead, the GTAS Consultant supports our outsourced client with :
  • Providing application support through advice, guidance, and technical activities.
  • Managing reported incidents, performing functional analysis, and offering guidance / coaching on technical implementations.
  • Generating maintainable, error-free implementations and customizations following Strada's best practices.
  • Conducting system tests with provided or self-generated data to ensure applications meet specifications.
  • Providing technical and functional documentation on issues handled.
  • Managing daily priorities and tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and reporting progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager.
  • Maintaining communication channels internally and externally, reporting status, resolutions, and root causes.
  • Understanding HR flows and SAP HR architecture.
  • Performing recurrent activities such as WSR creation / update, handling payroll / time issues, and managing rules and schemas.

Language Requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plus.
