We're seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. In this position, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to medical and office staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, managing user accounts, and ensuring data security.

You will also be involved in IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors, as well as assisting with IT infrastructure projects, performing audits, and contributing to ongoing system improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential, along with proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industry.

Additionally, you will need to be familiar with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, and have experience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT tools.

It would also be beneficial to possess relevant certifications, such as AWS or Microsoft Certified IT Professional, and to have excellent communication skills in English, with full professional proficiency both written and verbal required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver first and second-level remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security
  • Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors
  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industry
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
