About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the success of our new categories (including Jewellery, Melee, Gems, and Fancy diamonds) within Nivoda’s Innovation Team. You will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to grow these categories. Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, you will create a seamless experience for buyers and suppliers, shaping how Diamonds, Gems & Melee are sourced, transacted, and managed in the B2B space, setting new industry standards.
What You'll Do :
- Category Strategy & Vision : Define the vision and strategy for the categories, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Use market insights, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and create a unique value proposition.
- Product Roadmap : Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that increase buyer engagement, simplify sourcing, and drive revenue.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with sales, operations, and customer support teams to align goals, gather requirements, and ensure a cohesive approach to category development.
- Customer Insights : Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of B2B buyers and suppliers. Use these insights to inform product improvements.
- User Experience : Collaborate with design and UX teams to optimize the platform for professional gems and melee buyers, focusing on search, discovery, filtering, and checkout processes.
- Supplier Integration : Work with supply chain and operations teams to improve supplier onboarding, manage product data quality, inventory, and pricing.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics to monitor category performance, identify improvements, and make informed product decisions. Establish KPIs to measure success.
- Launch & Go-to-Market : Lead go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales on campaigns, content, and training to promote category adoption.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive ongoing enhancements through testing, feedback, and market trend analysis.
Your Qualifications and Experience :
Experience : 5+ years in product management, preferably in eCommerce, marketplaces, or B2B sectors. Industry experience in gems or melee is a plus.Technical Skills : Comfortable working with engineering teams, familiar with agile methodologies.Analytical Skills : Data-driven with experience in metrics, analytics tools, and customer feedback.Customer Focus : Proven ability to translate customer needs into compelling features.Project Management : Strong skills in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with external partners.Problem Solving : Capable of addressing complex challenges with strategic solutions.B2B Experience : Background in B2B marketplaces or supply chain platforms.Industry Knowledge (Preferred) : Familiarity with gems & melee sourcing, distribution, and market trends.J-18808-Ljbffr
