Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team.
Main Tasks :
- Support sales and functional teams with technical solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts.
- Provide technical leadership on projects, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the platform to meet functional requirements.
- Identify and communicate technical risks affecting project and client profitability.
- Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and budget, alerting managers to deviations.
- Achieve technical objectives and ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
- Assist in project demos and deliver technical documentation.
- Contribute to team development through training and mentoring.
- Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
- Participate in Omega's community of practice to promote technical capabilities.
Required Experience :
At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.Experience in Salesforce modules : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.Proficiency in English.What We Offer :
