The Role : At Bond, we design innovative solutions for our clients, helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. As the Kommunikationsdesigner / -in Customer Experience, you will design, develop, and implement employee experience solutions that meet the needs of Bond’s clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Kommunikationsdesigner / -in Customer Experience to join our energetic team in Madrid, Spain.

Bond offers you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of experience designers and industry professionals to create engaging solutions for international clients in sectors such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and hospitality.

A Day in The Life : As the Kommunikationsdesigner / -in Customer Experience, you will support the development of a wide range of customer and employee experience solutions for our clients. Enablement and Training

Assessing learning needs, analyzing existing training assets, and creating and designing instructor-led training, eLearning, mLearning, workshops, post-tests, etc.

Writing copy for videos, job aids, and infographics; Employee Engagement and Customer Experience Discovery

Supporting development of Facilitation Guides and activity design for co-creations and workshops; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

A minimum of 5 years proven experience, with at least 3+ years designing and developing solutions in relevant areas such as employee experience, customer experience, learning and enablement, or communications.

German language skills are required at C2 level minimum, with additional proficiency in Spanish.

Independent, self-motivated, and capable of demonstrating professional maturity in a remote work environment.

B2B experience, particularly in the commercial vehicle sector, is an asset.

Experience applying design thinking and Human-Centered Design to development processes.

Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for video scripts, communications, reports, e-learning materials, workshops, and more.

Strong visual design skills and the ability to present ideas in an engaging manner.

Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
