Location : Barcelona, Spain

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : €23,876 gross / year + up to €3,408 gross / year in bonus

Working Model : Hybrid

Hours : 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Purpose of the Role :

As a Danish Junior Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, assisting them in launching and developing their online advertising campaigns. Your role involves being a trusted consultant, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. This target-driven role requires collaboration within a larger onboarding team while working towards individual goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns .
  • Identify and comprehend the customer’s needs and marketing objectives.
  • Increase campaign spend through upselling and promoting sustainable advertising solutions.
  • Handle high volumes of potential clients daily, primarily through phone calls.

Requirements : Education :

  • A Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.

    • Skills and Experience :

  • 1-2 years of sales and / or online advertising experience.
  • Strong drive to exceed performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction , and compliance .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to pitch over the phone and write compelling proposals.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities for evaluating campaign performance.
  • Client-focused, with an interest in customer interaction and ownership of business outcomes .
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and high proficiency in English .
  • Full-time (39h / week) : Monday to Friday.
  • Permanent contract .
