We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team.

This role involves building strong support relationships with business leaders and providing strategic support by researching, designing, and guiding the deployment of HR strategies and solutions tailored to specific business units, regions, or functions.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the business or functional group and be able to identify HR improvement opportunities.

They will collaborate with stakeholders to assess and enhance HR programs, services, and initiatives to meet organizational and business needs.

The HRBP Manager will advocate for the HR function, champion change, and support the HRBP Director.

They will assist in forecasting business talent needs, managing talent retention strategies, partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs), and maintaining succession plans.

The successful candidate may lead or support project teams to drive talent optimization across the employee populations within their assigned areas.

Responsibilities include supporting specific projects and initiatives as directed by the HRBP Director.

The HRBP Manager will support complex business units, districts, countries, or functions, as defined by senior HR leaders.

  • University degree in HR or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role within a multinational environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of labor-related tasks is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, ambitious, confident, and quick learner who takes initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
