• In vitro gastrointestinal digestion of olive oil.
• Evaluation of bioavailability of bioactive compounds.
• Estimation of anti-inflammatory potential using cell lines.

Item 01 : Academic training (Degree in food science and technology, biotechnology, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, agricultural engineering, environmental sciences and veterinary) (punctuation : 20)

Item 02 : Additional training : courses related to the position (punctuation : 15)

Item 03 : Verifiable experience related to the work to be developed (punctuation : 50)

Item 04 : Personal interview. The interview will be conducted only with those all candidates who, in the sum of the merits, reach a minimum of 50 points. The possibility of carrying out a Doctoral Thesis and the availability for occasional geographical mobility (Ourense-Vigo or Ourense-Santiago de Compostela) in the framework of a collaborative project between research groups will be positively valued.
