Oversee the end-to-end development and management of websites built on Adobe Edge Delivery Services Define, prioritize, and execute development roadmap using Agile project managementAct as the product owner for Sunstar digital platforms using Adobe Edge Delivery ServicesEnsure best-in-class web performance, security, and UX aligned with Sunstar's global brand strategyLead frontend development tasks and website enhancementsCreate responsive, accessible, and high-performing UI with HTML / CSS / JavaScriptIntegrate APIs to deliver dynamic content, personalization, and analyticsBuild scalable, maintainable code that works flawlessly across browsers and devicesChampion continuous learning and innovation in web technologiesStay updated on evolving best practices in frontend, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, web performance, and the use of artificial intelligence to support operationsStay updated on evolving practices in the use of AI to support operationsLead internal knowledge-sharing sessions with communication and tech teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to align digital infrastructure with business and communication needsPartner with business stakeholders to to define web priorities and needsTranslate stakeholder inputs into actionable web development deliverablesFacilitate decision-making through clear technical insight and documentationMeasure and optimize performanceUse analytics to track KPIs and user engagementReport insights and drive iterative improvementsProactively identify bugs, inefficiencies, and growth opportunitiesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field desirable3+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management and web developmentExperience with A / B testing and toolsProven track record with frontend development, API management, Infrastructure projects or equivalentExperience working in cross-functional teams, global organizations a plusPrevious exposure to customer-facing roles or internal stakeholder alignment or a desire to grow customer-facing capabilitiesFluent in English, both written and spoken
