ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a CRO Sales Representative (H / M), you will report to the Supervisor of the Central Reservations Office of Hotels Menores de Madrid. Your responsibilities include ensuring service compliance across various channels, offering hotel products and services, actively contributing to revenue growth, exceeding customer expectations, and guaranteeing excellent service.
What are we looking for?
- Flexibility, proactivity, and a goal-oriented mindset;
- Training in Hospitality, Tourism, or similar (preferred);
- Sales skills (experience in reservation management or sales will be valued);
- Experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of Italian and English is required;
- Availability to perform full-time, face-to-face duties.
