Base pay range

Step into the exciting world of iGaming with Next Job Abroad as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent in picturesque Malta! This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your language skills and customer service expertise while enjoying a vibrant lifestyle on the stunning Mediterranean island. In this role, you'll be crucial in providing support to our Dutch-speaking clientele, ensuring they have a fantastic experience with our gaming offerings.

Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding players through our various gaming products. If you are enthusiastic, engaging, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you. Additionally, we offer a relocation package to assist you in making Malta your new home!

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients
  • Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage with a new culture
  • A passion for gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is highly valued
