We're seeking a Growth Strategist to lead go-to-market execution across our B2B travel ecosystem.
This role blends strategy, storytelling, and systems-building – from crafting compelling positioning to building marketing automations that scale.
You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Sales, shaping how we bring new features to market and drive partner acquisition across both supply and demand sides.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that turns technical features into commercial wins
- Launch GTM strategies across B2B travel segments (OTAs, fintechs, DMCs, channel managers)
- Run full-funnel growth campaigns (SEO, email, paid, webinars...) to drive qualified leads
- Build and optimize automated lead nurturing, onboarding, and activation flows
- Own campaign performance, A / B tests, and funnel optimization – data is your co-pilot
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on launches and activation journeys
You are :
A growth-minded storyteller with 5+ years of experience in GTM, growth, or product marketingFluent in HubSpot, CRM workflows, lifecycle marketing, and automation toolsAble to turn numbers into strategy using tools like PostHog, Looker, spreadsheets (SQL a plus)Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high autonomy and ownershipIdeally familiar with B2B marketplaces, embedded travel, or API-led tech stacksBonus points for :
Experience with travel tech, affiliate programs, or supply-side integrations (channel managers, extranets…)Exposure to white-label products or partner onboarding funnelsSpanish would be a plus and any other languages is welcome : )Why join us?
