Lloyd’s Register is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships within our Maritime business. This is a key commercial role responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic and growth accounts to achieve sales, margin and market share targets.
The Role
Own and manage a portfolio of assigned and targeted maritime clients.
Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets through new business development and existing account growth.
Act as the main point of contact for client relationships, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise value and long-term growth.
Collaborate across departments, including service delivery, advisory, and product teams.
Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines and account data.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and planning.
Support contract management, including renewals and performance tracking.
What you bring
Proven track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the Marine sector.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
Skilled in solution selling, negotiation and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision making.
Passionate team player with a customer-first mindset.
