Descripción del trabajoProven experience managing operations teams in a Risk, Compliance, or Content Moderation environment. Strong SQL skills with at least 2 years of experience. Experience using Power BI or similar tools to create dashboards and visual reports that track OKRs and other key performance metrics. Excellent communication skills to communicate complex data and processes in a simple, clear, and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Deep understanding of risk domains such as product compliance, intellectual property rights, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple risk management domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Risk Operations Management
- Manage and supervise risk operations teams handling Product Compliance, User Generated Content (UGC), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud.
- Coordinate with external vendors supporting the risk domains, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Continuously analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing coaching and training to develop operational expertise and enhance overall team performance.
- Risk Metrics Reporting
- Design and manage reporting systems to track progress against risk-related OKRs for each domain.
- Use SQL skills to query and analyze large data sets from various risk domains.
- Leverage Power BI or similar tools to create visual reports that are easy to interpret, allowing stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
