Do you have a consulting background and strong knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics and Manufacturing modules? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Lead Functional Consultant.

Our teams work in highly agile working environments for Fortune clients, following XP practices and best CI / CD practices. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.

Remote working from anywhere in Spain is welcome!

What Youll Do

  • Participating in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customers business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customers needs, particularly in D SCM (production planning & execution)
  • Collaborating with Project Manager, other internal and external team throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Manufacturing and evaluates the customers business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
  • Documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
  • Demonstrating experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology; understanding the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects
  • Configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customers business requirements
  • If modifications / customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application : facilitating the customers decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process
  • Conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application

What You Have

  • 3+ years of consulting experience in Dynamics Manufacturing related modules with a focus on business modeling and software implementation : Master planning and Planning Optimization Bill of Material (BOM) and Formula management Production Operations Resources and Route management Experience with Production module configuration from scratch Production batch execution
  • Industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications. Working for projects in America's time zone
  • Demonstrated ability to : Analyze and understand business problems Model data and processes Conduct workshops and training sessions Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing
  • Familiar and experienced in : Core Production related functionality Application technology stack Implementation Methodology Industry Knowledge
  • High degree of insight and analytical skill
  • Team-oriented; willing to align work with the teams priorities and goals
  • Able to influence, negotiate, and build consensus
  • Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Skilled in organizational change

  • Successful completion of applicable product certification exams
