Your mission
The Presales Consultant will provide solution leadership around Matrix42 customer values for the Enterprise Service Management and additional areas such as Endpoint Management and Security, Mobile Device Management, Asset Management and other ITIL practices.
Being part of a winning team with Sales and Presales colleagues in Spain or Iberia, the consultant takes personal responsibilities for the customer, the opportunity and technical closing.
- Technically responsible in managing and growing customers (existing & new)
- Develop and present architecture blueprints tailored to complex customer environments (whiteboarding)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. architects, services managers, decision-makers) in large organisations
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist for our technical vision and strategy
- Identify and implement opportunities to expand customer relationships
Additional responsibilities :
Demonstrate product functionality and capability both onsite or via remote sessions to existing customers, partners, and prospectsWork closely with customers to develop tailored, long-term solutions, often through co-innovationContribute replies to RFIs / RFPs and proposal documents with the local sales force and HQ technical departmentsCo-ordinate and implement proof-of-concepts and demonstrate tailored capability and functionalityStaying current on product developments / releases to a level required for demonstrations and thought / solutions leadershipStaying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitorsSupporting events – conferences, road shows, technical workshops, webinars etc.Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Channel, Sales and other needed departmentsLiaison with Product Management and Development to provide feedback given by our customers, partners and prospectsYour profile
MUST HAVES
Proactive, energetic and sales-driven personalityExperience in presales / solution engineering / consulting / technical sales / software development or comparable, ideally in Service Management, in various industries such as Financial Services, Public, Health, Manufacturing, Retail, and TelcoBackground in ITSM / ITIL is desired incl. Cloud Computing knowledge / experience. Knowledge / experience in IT Operations Management, Automation / Orchestration, Hybrid Cloud ManagementReliability, strong teamwork skills and hands-on approachBased in Madrid & willingness to travelFluent and professional communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English, ideally also in PortugueseNICE TO HAVE
Strong evangelistic skill to drive our vision with storytellingAbility to design long-term technical strategiesExperience or familiarity with competing solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, EasyVista, Ivanti, etc.) would be considered a strong advantageBroad knowledge of APIs, interfaces and system connectivity to guide customers on integrating our solution into their ecosystemOur Benefits
