Important Note : To be considered for this role, candidates must have a proven track record of successfully leading primary schools internationally, with a strong preference for experience in online education. Leadership experience in traditional primary schools, while valuable, will not meet the requirements unless it is in an international and / or online context. Only applicants who can demonstrate this specific experience will be considered, as it is a critical aspect of the role. bina is a fast-growing, digitally native international school delivering high-quality education to children aged 4 to 12. With a flexible, home-based approach, bina provides internationally accredited, expert-led education to families across more than 35 countries. Equal Education Partners has been retained by bina to appoint a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead all aspects of education, operations, and pedagogy. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of online primary education, overseeing a diverse and talented team of educators, and ensuring exceptional student outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Shape and Drive Educational Excellence

• Lead the pedagogical and methodological vision of bina, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Develop, implement, and champion bina's unique approach to primary education, emphasizing play-based and project-based learning, with a focus on future-ready, tech-driven approaches
• Stay at the cutting edge of educational technology, continuously exploring and integrating innovative tools that enhance student learning and engagement
• Oversee accreditation processes, ensuring bina maintains and achieves internationally recognized standards
