Finance Data Analyst

Pharmalex is hiring! We have an exciting new role for a Senior Specialist to join our Local Pharmacovigilance team in Belgium! We are looking for a Dutch and French speaker.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and manage the local pharmacovigilance system
• Conduct local literature searches
• Manage local ICSR
• Perform PV intelligence screening
• Maintain local PSMF
• Establish local organized data collection
• Manage local PVA
• Adapt and submit PSUR / RMP locally
• Detect signals locally
• Implement additional risk minimization measures
• Review materials related to local post-authorization safety
• Participate in PV audits and inspections
• Attend project meetings regularly
• Provide monthly PV reports on the status of the local PV system
• Ensure PV training for affiliate employees, service providers, and third parties
• Coordinate with the global PV system and related departments
• Develop, review, and maintain pharmacovigilance procedures
• Assist the Deputy in PV activities and provide relevant updates
• Take on additional tasks as needed, including project management and client contact activities
