Join us in a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to our agents across the region. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for handling technical support requests, ensuring timely resolutions and collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong communication skills to uphold high service standards. Proficiency in English or Spanish is an added advantage.

  • Job Responsibilities :
  • Provide Level 1 IT support to users via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Assist users with common technical challenges ensuring timely resolutions
  • Key Qualifications :
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken)
  • Basic proficiency in English or Spanish
  • Previous experience in helpdesk, IT support or customer service roles preferred
