The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Strategy Manager to work in a leading Investment Fund.

Are you passionate about strategy and transformation in the energy sector? We are looking for a Business Analyst to help define our company’s strategy in M&A, batteries, and international expansion.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in optimizing strategic decision-making and leading initiatives in collaboration with business managers.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a thorough market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Assess internal performance metrics, including financial health, operational efficiency, and customer insights.
  • Use data analytics and forecasting models to anticipate future challenges and growth areas.
  • Implement a decision-making framework that incorporates financial, operational, and market intelligence.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance predictive analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Present Key Recommendations : Develop clear, concise reports with actionable insights for the Board and shareholders.
  • Use data visualization tools to highlight financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Align recommendations with long-term corporate objectives and shareholder value.
  • Optimize supply chain efficiency and procurement strategies.
  • Reduce overhead costs through automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives : Collaborate with business managers to align departmental goals with corporate strategy.
  • Implement performance tracking systems to monitor initiative success.
  • Promote cross-functional teamwork and innovation to drive business growth.

Requirements :

  • Plus 2 years of experience in top-tier consulting experience.
  • Energy & infrastructure sector expertise : Deep knowledge of regulations, investments, and energy transition.
  • Leadership in energy transactios : Proven success in securing contracts.
  • Analytical & communication skills : Ability to interpret complex data, financial modeling, and effective stakeholder engagement.
