Job Title : Store Operation Manager
The Store Operation Manager, reporting directly to the Store Director and functionally to the Country Operation Manager, is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day retail operations of the store. The role focuses on facilitating sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and implementing business-driving initiatives.
Key responsibilities include :
- Stock Management & Logistics : Supervise all incoming and outgoing merchandise flows, oversee inventory management, and support ecommerce shipping.
- Process / Internal Control : Maintain SOPs related to boutique operations, staff training on policies and processes.
- Care Services (Repairs & Returns) : Oversee after-sales requests, monitor client correspondence, review reports, and train staff on care guidelines.
- Till & Cash Management : Supervise till operations and expense control.
- Store Systems Referent : Ensure proper use and training on all back-office tools, support digital projects.
- Facilities Management : Oversee supplies, maintenance, and store upkeep.
Qualifications and attributes required :
At least 7 years of managerial experience, ideally in a retail environment.Strong understanding of customer service priorities.Innovative, proactive, strategic, organized, and rigorous.Excellent people management and communication skills.The position is based in Madrid and requires availability to work on weekends.
