Job Description

Our Barcelona studio is looking for a Game Designer with extensive experience in UI / UX design :

Responsibilities :

  • Design fun and immersive gameplay and meta-game systems, following briefings.
  • Taking care of the whole design documentation with especial focus on UI fakes and flows and the overall User Experience.
  • Overall work in creative, benchmarking and analysis-related tasks (playtests, surveys, tracking data) to continuously improve User Experience.
  • Follow-up, maintenance and continuous improvement of assigned features
  • Coordinate with your teammates : coordinating with art and development teams assigned to the project with the associated producer

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of UI / UX Design
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working in this area of game design
  • Able to convey ideas concisely as part of a detailed analysis (of a briefing or request), and to clearly formalize complex concepts and ideas
  • Able to illustrate and / or prototype your ideas visually using standard industry production tools (Figma, Confluence, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Good documentation skills & attention to detail
  • Passion for creating video games
  • Knowledge of classic console and freemium mobile game market
  • Motivation and ability to communicate as part of the project development team;
  • Able to listen to feedback from other people to achieve the best possible quality
  • Good level of English

    • Assets :

  • Experience working in racing games
  • Experience working in multiple platforms (ideally a mobile one + a PC / Console one)
  • Racing fan or gamer
  • High visual creativity
