The job in brief :

Job Title : LegalEcommerce Product Specialist

Working model : hybrid / remote from Spain

Team : you will join the Litigation and Legal Product team within the Business Legal department, reporting to Litigation and Legal Product Counsel.

Level : Professional

Travel time required : average 15 days needed

What your impact will be :

• Ensuring our consumer-facing websites and apps comply with legal requirements, from content displays to the entire search and booking / purchase journey.
• Developing T&Cs for our platform's products, promotions, and competitions.
• Advising on the legal requirements and framework for offering and selling online travel-related products.
• Supporting in drafting and reviewing international contracts such as distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, nondisclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc.
• Overseeing commercial disputes and litigation across several jurisdictions.
• Coordinating with external lawyers.
• Supporting the creation and implementation of efficient, scalable ways of working to enable sustainable business growth.
