We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Response Agent (Italian + English + Spanish) (not Call Center Agent) in an airline company.
We are looking for the following profile :
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and proactive information during operational disruptions.
- Offer solutions and assistance to customers affected by external factors.
- Proactively suggest airport alternatives, assist with bookings, and support customer needs.
- Make courtesy calls to customers with special needs and monitor sensitive cases.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Use CRM systems to document interactions and track issues.
- Handle administrative tasks related to bookings, communications, and finance support.
Requirements :
Experience in customer service, preferably in aviation.Excellent communication skills in English.Proficiency in Italian is required.Ability to stay calm under pressure.Quick learner with focus on customer satisfaction.Problem-solving skills.Experience with CRM and customer service software.Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Seniority level
