About the job :

This role requires a deep understanding of technology, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

Lead product development and roadmap : Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs.

Translate technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.

Conduct market research, including customer discovery, to understand our product’s value proposition.

Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, validate, and deliver solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of quality features; organize testing and feedback processes.

Require 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical role.

Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.

Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.

Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Ability to define, track, and report KPIs; experience with A / B testing is a plus.

Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.

Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
