We are now looking for a strategic and consultative profile to join our team as a Global Solution Consultant , supporting our global sales teams by designing and positioning advanced solutions for cash centers and currency operations.

Your Purpose

As a Global Solution Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, analyzing their needs and processes, identifying opportunities, and helping define end-to-end solutions that enhance their cash cycle operations and prepare them for future challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, customer-focused consulting services related to cash center processes, software, automation, IT, and security.

Analyze customer operations using business analysis tools to identify needs, inefficiencies, and areas of opportunity.

Define and present tailored G+D-led solutions that address client requirements end-to-end.

Collaborate with Sales Directors to define business opportunities and support the pre-sales process with feasibility input.

Build compelling business cases including measurable KPIs to demonstrate value and impact.

Document processes clearly through diagrams and step-by-step descriptions.

Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline by bringing deep customer insights and identifying scalable solution opportunities.

Your Profile

Several years of experience in the Cash Management industry or in business process consulting for complex operational environments.

Proven ability to :

Map and analyze operational and cash flow processes

Build business cases and define performance indicators

Develop action plans and change management frameworks

Estimate risks and propose best practices in both organizational and technical domains

Solid understanding of technology components and how they interact in large-scale cash operations

Strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and customer-centric mindset

Fluent in Business English (additional languages are a plus)

Willingness to travel internationally
