WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

3-4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions

Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow applications and features

Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience with ServiceNow
