Business-Focused Financial Accountant (Busqueda Urgente)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Accountant.Main Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Review and post daily cash deposits and reconcile bank statements.- Prepare and review monthly travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.- Process credit card payments, perform dunning, and manage accounts receivable.- Ensure accurate and timely VAT reporting to the tax office and INTRASTAT reporting from SAP.- Administer credit insurance and serve as the primary contact person for our credit insurer.- Perform fixed assets accounting and review clearing accounts in SAP (GR / IR accounts).- Check monthly depreciation and foreign currency evaluations.- Conduct quarterly intercompany reconciliations with related parties.- Provide information on related matters as requested by the managing director or third parties.- Serve as the primary contact person for Finance / Controlling / Accounting in Germany.- Act as a liaison between local MD & team for payments, travel expenses, etc.- Oversee cash availability and prepare cash forecasts.- Analyze and comment on the monthly working capital report.- Develop and execute liquidity forecasts and evaluations for the company management.- Maintain ongoing monitoring of external service providers (BPO / CPA).- Quarterly analyze results and participate in annual closing tasks in consultation with the team.Requirements :
• Education in Accounting.- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounting.- Strong SAP FI skills;

experience in SAP SD and MM is a strong asset.- Proficient in MS Office tools.- Native level of Spanish and fluent level of technical English.- Knowledge of German is an advantage.- Good understanding of tax, accounting, balance sheet, and consolidation.Benefits :
