We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer to lead our fullstack tech team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development with expertise in Python, Django, and React.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and leading the architecture, design, and development of backend systems with a strong focus on Python.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and oversight to the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
• Team Management : Coordinate and mentor a team of developers, providing feedback, coaching, and support to help them grow professionally.
• Communication : Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and other teams.
• Architecture and Design : Lead the design and development of backend systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
