We are looking for a passionate and innovative  Senior User Experience Designer  to join our talented UX team in Madrid . As part of Board's growing global UX function, you’ll play a vital role in shaping intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences across our platform. This is a hands-on design role with strategic influence, ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Your responsibilities will include :

Design Execution

  • Own and deliver pixel-perfect UI designs, following atomic design principles and leveraging our visual design system.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications to communicate interactions and design intent clearly.
  • Drive delivery quality while maintaining speed and adaptability in agile cycles.

User-Centered Discovery

  • Support UX Researchers’ initiatives, such as user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Synthesize user insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Monitor UX trends and tools, and advocate for continuous design innovation.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
  • Actively contribute to planning, reviews, and retrospectives from a UX perspective.
  • Present your work and ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and build alignment.

    • Team Leadership

  • Support and mentor junior and intermediate designers across our distributed team.
  • Champion user-centric thinking and contribute to UX culture-building efforts.
  • Shape design standards, documentation, and tooling within the team.

    • What we look for :

  • 5+ years of UX / UI experience, with a strong track record in product design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, attention to detail, and complex interface problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Figma (our main design tool), and familiarity with collaborative platforms like Miro or FigJam.
  • A solid grasp of UX research methods and how to integrate them into agile product development.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms or B2B tools is a significant advantage.
