We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our sourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sourcing events, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value, and ensuring compliance with global sourcing strategies. You will play a key role in supporting business unit operations, driving cost reductions, and mitigating supply chain risks.
Your role :
- Execute sourcing events on behalf of Sites / Business Units (BUs) in alignment with system workflows and timelines.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal value, balancing quality, delivery, and cost while adhering to site / BU-specific requirements.
- Finalize contractual agreements such as Price Lists or Teaming Agreements and ensure proper documentation within ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with global sourcing strategies, focusing on Partner and Preferred suppliers.
- Create and manage new supplier requests and updates through the MDG-Supplier process to support business operations.
- Identify and escalate supplier or supply risks as needed.
- Support Commercial Operations with supply chain quotes required for tender activities.
- Operate in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and sourcing guidelines.

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 1+ year in a sourcing roleStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsProven understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of the supply chainExcellent negotiation and commercial acumenProficiency in project managementStrong knowledge of regional supply base for assigned categoriesUnderstanding of market dynamics and trendsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret dataCertified Supply Chain Professional (preferred)Geographically mobile for future development opportunitiesAbility to influence, communicate, and collaborate across all organizational levelsProficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba)Solid understanding of sourcing needs at both regional and global levelsWhy Join Us?
