We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the centralised efforts to engage with each of the business divisions and other stakeholders to deliver against key responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and planning, with excellent analytical and numerical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences at varying levels across the Group.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data analysis and reporting : Gather, analyse and interpret financial data from various sources to provide accurate and timely information to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial modelling and forecasting : Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, budgeting and forecasting, and conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts.
  • Investment analysis and recommendation : Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis, and monitor investment performance and evaluate management action plans.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets, tracking actual performance against budget and prior years' performance, and identifying variances, their drivers and emerging trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Business proficient communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Analytical and numerical skills - strong ability to analyse data, identify trends and draw conclusions.
  • Problem-solving skills - ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • IT competence - proficiency in using financial software and data analysis tools.
