Women Hub is an independent digital media platform that connects, inspires, and empowers women through engaging content on lifestyle, career, and wellness. Our main revenue stream is sponsored content, and we’re now driving a significant expansion in organic reach and new monetization strategies.

Drive exponential growth in organic reach, operational efficiency, and revenue by running continuous experiments and leveraging generative AI and data analytics.

What You'll Do

• Design and run 12+ monthly growth experiments , including hooks, thumbnails, and posting strategies.
• Build automated content workflows using GPT‑4o, Runway, OpusClip, and Zapier / Make to streamline production and create content variants.
• Develop unified dashboards (TikTok, IG, GA4, revenue) with real-time alerts in Looker Studio or similar.
• Launch programmatic SEO targeting 200+ long-tail keywords .
• Provide actionable data and insights to support sponsored campaign proposals and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage freelance specialists in data, development, and design.
• 5+ years in growth marketing, audience analytics, or marketing automation.
• Advanced skills in TikTok & Instagram analytics, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and video AI tools (Runway, Descript, OpusClip).
• Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for ETL and dashboarding.
• A test-and-learn mindset , familiar with OKRs and agile methodologies.
• English fluency (C1); experience with women’s or lifestyle media is a plus.
