Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support the VP of Finance in all strategic and operational finance activities at LIUX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance within an industrial or manufacturing environment and will play a key role in shaping the financial structure of our growing company. This position involves working closely with internal teams and external financial partners to secure optimal financing solutions.

The Finance Specialist will report directly to the VP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the VP of Finance in developing and executing the company’s overall financing strategy.
Analyze and propose financing options including consumer finance, leasing arrangements, and bank debt to optimize capital structure and liquidity.
Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments for different funding and financing projects.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, leasing partners, and other key financing stakeholders.
Monitor financial markets and trends relevant to the automotive and industrial sectors to advise on potential financing opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Product to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.

What You Bring

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing company.

Proven expertise in financing activities such as consumer finance, leasing structures, bank debt, or similar financial instruments.

Strong financial modeling, analysis, and valuation skills.

Knowledge of financial markets, especially related to automotive or industrial sectors, is a plus.

Native Spanish speaker with professional proficiency in English.
